You’ll own growth across email, CRM, paid channels, and experimentation - engaging our existing customers to drive repeat purchases, while bringing in new buyers and sellers, with a particular focus on the US.There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join FairArt as we look to scale our growth and expand internationally. Key Responsibilities:Email & CRM Marketing: Build, own and optimise lifecycle and automated email campaigns to our collector base of 25,000 sign ups, driving repeat purchases, sustainable revenue growth, re-engagement, and seller onboarding. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure FairArt remains at the forefront of CRM strategy.Commercial Growth: Build and manage lead-generation funnels for seller acquisition, with a focus on the US market.Acquisition & Paid Marketing: Take ownership of our acquisition engine - starting with an audit of our current externally managed Google/Meta ads. Decide whether to bring campaigns in-house, and if so, build them from the ground up. Plan, launch, and continually optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, marketplaces, and affiliates to drive scalable buyer and seller growth.Data & Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, campaign ROI), report results, and iterate on tactics based on performance.Experimentation: Test new paid channels, partnerships, and sales approaches to identify scalable growth levers.Scaling the Function: Over time, help shape and build out a growth team.About You:4+ years in growth or performance marketing roles (marketplaces, e-commerce, or similar is a strong plus).Proven success in running high-performance paid campaigns with measurable ROI.Hands-on experience with email and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar).Proven experience leading CRM/retention strategy in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally e-commerce or consumer tech.Strong analytical skills to track relevant performance metrics, interpret data and deliver actionable insights using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, CAC vs. LTV dynamics, and retention strategies.Self-starter who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.Bonus: Experience growing in US markets or international expansion.Don’t meet every single requirement?
