The role demands a high level of expertise in urban planning excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Have a degree in Town Planning or a related field accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and a postgraduate qualification in urban planning environmental planning or a related discipline.Extensive experience in Planning leading on a range of major applications.Thorough knowledge of current development management practice its legislative background policy and procedural context as well as the ability to accurately apply this knowledge in a real-world situation.Knowledge of the principles and best practices of Urban Design and sustainability.
