Pitch & BD Assistant - Entrepreneurial Law Firm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and flexible individual to join a distinctive London-based law firm and become an integral part of the business development team as a Pitch & BD Assistant.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Bids team across a range of practice areas, providing day to day support for pitch and business development related activities in a fast paced environment. The firm are looking for an energetic individual who wants to develop their understanding and will be keen to develop the role. The Pitch & BD Assistant will be responsible for producing first drafts of credential documents, with input and guidance from the BD team, and will be tasked with the maintenance and operation of the firm's pitching and proposals software. The role holder's other key duties will include capturing all relevant information, including biographies, quotes, award wins and credentials, in the firm's database to ensure master records of pitch collateral are maintained and liaising with the BD team to ensure that all client opportunities and pitches are logged, as well as supporting on the tracking of pitch wins and losses. From a BD and marketing perspective, you will assist with business development and marketing research, compile client newsletters and provide support to the team for legal directory submissions, client events and the development and production of practice area materials.
Flexible, proactive and highly organised, the ideal candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with some proven experience gained in a similar role. With a professional manner, high attention to detail and excellent writing skills, the Pitch & BD Assistant will need to enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
