The Role

As a Buying Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping their procurement function. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be hands-on in all aspects of the buying process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure they have the highest quality ingredients and packaging at competitive prices.

You will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing raw materials to managing inventory levels. Your keen eye for detail and strong negotiation skills will be essential in achieving cost savings and ensuring timely availability of products.

Your ability to manage key projects will also be crucial, as you contribute to the development of their warehouse and production facilities. Your strategic insights will support their mission of delivering top-notch products to their consumers.

The Person

This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in procurement, preferably in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. You should possess a deep understanding of the buying function, coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude.
