Join a team of dedicated consultants helping our clients achieve their vision and create the future with us.What youll doAn experienced independent consulting professional who understands solutions industry standard methodologies multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family especially in the Health Insurance domain. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.Applies Oracle methodology company procedures and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead teams or participate as Lead Functional Consultant to design configure test debug OHI componentsUnderstand the functional requirements from the customer and translate those into an OHI configuration designCollaborate with other team members on assignmentsEstimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriatelyReport progress on tasks and projectsParticipate in Pre-Sales activities for OHI ConsultingMentor (junior) team membersUnderstand and improve consulting best practicesStrive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standardsTravel when necessaryWhat were looking for5 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 2 years Consulting experience in essential skill areas preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to the Health Insurance (or Insurance market) and Regulatory reporting.Essential SkillsImplementation consulting or IT experience with health insurance domain applications for an UK based Insurance companyAffinity with technology.
