Within CEG the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services capabilities data and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the businessThe Digital Product Solution Design team within Colleague Services is responsible for the end-to-end support configuration and strategic management of Oracle HCM platforms including Workforce Compensation and HCM modules. This team drives system readiness through rigorous testing release management and integration oversight ensuring seamless functionality across global HR operations. They collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve backend issues manage data integrity and implement enhancements aligned with enterprise goals. The team also plays a key role in platform modernization governance and system strategy making them a critical partner in delivering scalable and compliant HR technology solutions.The Oracle HCM Cross Functional Manager within this team will be responsible for the end-to-end support configuration and testing of the Oracle Workforce Compensation (WFC) Core HR and Learn module. This role ensures the system is optimized for annual and off-cycle compensation processes. The manager will lead technical and functional readiness partner with internal stakeholders and vendors and drive continuous improvement in compensation system operations directly influencing the accuracy efficiency and scalability of global compensation Core HR and Learn servicing.How will you make an impact in the roleThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation optimization and support of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment ensuring seamless integration and functionality across key HR processesKey Responsibilities:Lead the design configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules specifically focusing on Compensation Learning and Core HR.Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional HR processes collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.Oversee end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering process mapping system configuration testing and user training.Facilitate change management and drive adoption of new functionalities within Compensation Learning and Core HR modules.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement.Coordinate with IT HR and external partners to ensure successful integration with other business systems and data sources.Develop and maintain documentation including process flows configuration guides and user manuals.Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases best practices and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations.Minimum Qualifications5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud with demonstrated expertise in Compensation Learning and Core HR modulesProven track record of leading cross-functional HR systems projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practicesExcellent analytical problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environmentOracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferredNon-considerations for sponsorship:Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the UK is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Computer Hardware,Bidding,Corporate Communications,Maintenance Engineering,Arabic English Translation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
