Our client is a dynamic and growing business and they are looking for an organised Administrator to deliver fantastic support to a thriving HR team.
If you are a motivated and keen learner with strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Acting as first point of contact for all people-related queries
- Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and external consultants
- Preparing and sending out offer letters
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Liaising with external consultants for screening documentation and visas etc
- Supporting the HR Manager in day to day projects and administration
- Coordinating training requests
- Looking for ways to improve processes and offering suggestions
