Able to provide up-to-the-minute project status reports to the Account Manager. Accurately record all work activity for the business to bill correctly.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and sustain strong client relationships including Category, Brand and Design.? Influential client facing role, managing own projects end to end.? Manage client expectations by providing regular project updates.? Work seamlessly with the client’s team.? Build trust through pro-activeness and technical support.? Be approachable at all times with a willingness to listen and solve issues.? Adopt a 'can do’ attitude at all times.? Consistently strive to exceed client expectations.? Be commercially aware at all times.Own and be responsible for ensuring that all artwork projects are managed professionally.? Typically 18-24 months of previous Project Management experience required? Ability to provide holiday cover for Account Manager when on annual leave? Ability to mentor & upskill more junior members of the team? Proven track record of strong decision making & problem solving? Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.?
