Our client are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end payroll experience and a keen eye for detail. Salaries up to £27,000 per annum are being considered based on experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including data entry, reconciliations, and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee records and timely processing of payroll changes
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in payroll administration
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing payroll queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll administration
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
