Training will be given to candidates with some electronic experience – practical or theoretical.Location: Near DartfordHours: Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, 1pm on a Friday.Salary: £11.44 ph x 39 hours pw + OT at time and a half when req’d£23,0200.32 pa, paid weekly.Benefits include 25 days leave + BH, pension, uniform.Suitable candidates will have some electronics knowledge or a desire to learn:Test Operative duties: * To test assemblies in accordance with written test procedures and achieve production delivery targets. * To be able to diagnose any faults on assemblies down to a component level. * To be aware of company health and safety requirements. * To understand and implement necessary anti-static precautions. * To follow instructions as indicated on BOM and route cards * To understand IPC standards with regard to own area. * To actively participate in the Company’s Continuous Improvement Programme.Test Operative skills: training will be given * Reading and interpreting drawings * Fault find to component level * Able to use test equipment – digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power tools
