As an Interim HR Business Partner you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support our company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that optimise performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive business growth. This role will require some travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

Experience Required

  • experience as an Interim HR Business Partner, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
