Salary: £47,500 per year (Overall Package £49,399 with callout) Job Type: Full Time | Permanent- Days An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join a leading Energy Recovery Facility (ERF). This role is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical maintenance within a process, energy, utilities, or heavy industrial environment. As Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facility through hands-on maintenance and fault diagnosis of key mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance to ensure plant availability and reliability. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical systems and components. Assist in the coordination and supervision of contractors when required. Input maintenance activities accurately into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Conduct plant and area safety inspections in line with site standards. Work in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
