About the role

  • Analyse the trade reports and feed back on product performance, category performance, and KPI metrics
  • Be in charge of the roadmap ensuring there is continuous site improvement to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Work with the wider online management team and commercial buying team to drive performance
  • Create and deliver plans that focus on key strategic growth and relevant customer segments


About you

  • Proven experience with eCommerce trading (must come from a fashion background)
  • Previous management experience
  • Confident and able to bring new ideas to the table
  • Comfortable with using key metrics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced test and learn environment
