This role supports the delivery of legal and compliance services by coordinating internal processes managing the maintenance and publication of key documentation and materials and managing small change projects.Reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance Operations youll work with colleagues across the business to ensure operational tasks are delivered accurately and on time with a focus on consistency and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised methodical and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.What youll doPolicy and Standards ManagementMaintain update and ensure the accuracy of internal legal and compliance standards and policies in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.Monitor compliance with existing policies and support the periodic review process to ensure timely updates and approvals.Process Improvement and GovernanceTrack the effectiveness of legal and compliance processes and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.Design implement and document process improvements that support better governance efficiency and risk mitigation.Project CoordinationCoordinate and support the delivery of small-scale change initiatives within the Legal and Compliance team ensuring deadlines quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support the rollout of operational changes.Content Triage and PublicationManage the intake and triage of new or updated policy and standards documentation ensuring appropriate review approval and publication cycles are followed.Oversee the publication of legal and compliance materials to internal platforms ensuring accessibility and version control.Stakeholder Support and CommunicationServe as a key point of contact for internal teams seeking guidance on legal and compliance processes or documentation.Ensure clear and timely communication of changes to policies or processes supporting adoption and understanding across the business.Reporting and MonitoringSupport the tracking of key legal and compliance operational metrics and contribute to internal reporting requirements.Monitor progress on compliance-related action items and follow up to ensure timely completionWhat youll needExperience & BackgroundProven experience in an operations compliance governance or business support role ideally within a Legal Compliance or Risk functionExperience coordinating small-scale projects or change initiatives with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyFamiliarity with policy lifecycle management document control processes or regulatory standards.Experience working in a complex regulated or cross-functional business environment is advantageousSkills & CompetenciesStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentationProcess-driven mindset with the ability to analyse existing workflows and recommend improvementsConfident in working independently while also collaborating across teams and functionsHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive legal or compliance-related informationTechnical ProficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Experience using document or policy management systems (e.g. SharePoint Confluence or similar tools)Comfortable working with reporting dashboards or tracking tools (e.g. Excel trackers project management platforms such as Asana Trello or JIRA)QualificationsDegree or equivalent experience in business operations law compliance or a related field preferredProject coordination or process improvement certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation Lean Six Sigma or similar) would be beneficial but not essentialAbout usWith over 20000 employees across the globe we work at the heart of digitisation advising organisations on IT strategy implementing the most appropriate technology and helping our customers to source transform and manage their technology infrastructure in over 70 countries.
