We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role combines account management with proactive business development, perfect for someone who loves building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. In addition, you’ll play an active role in developing new business by following up on leads and engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and other prospecting activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Identify and capitalise on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Proactively follow up on warm leads and generate new business through outbound B2B calls. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently communicate value to clients. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
