This is an exciting opportunity to shape and transform the delivery of housing management across the borough.This role sits at the heart of our commitment to delivering high-quality resident-focused services and ensuring that every household receives the support and quality of service they deserve.Over recent years we have embarked on an ambitious Housing Transformation Programme driving improvements that have already made a meaningful difference to our residents. Our recent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing has acknowledged this progress and we remain determined to go further by strengthening standards embedding best practice and delivering a consistently excellent housing offer.The Director of Housing Management will play a pivotal role in delivering this next chapter.
