Our client is looking for a Content/Training Manager for one of our clients on a six month initial contract, working hybrid out of their site in Leamington/Gaydon. This role is Inside IR35.

Your responsibilities:
* Support the design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and part of the information cyber security training program.
* Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
* Support the production of phishing exercise metrics
* Support Annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
* Design & development of the ICS SharePoint site for better user experience.
* Support for the annual Behavioral awareness programs (Cyber Week).
* Development of video training content and employee guidance.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* ILM Professional Trainer Techniques
* Visio and Lucidchart
* Jira
* SharePoint Admin
* Graphic design skills including Photoshop, illustrator, Media Encoder
