Our client is a successful and well known SME in the retail automotive/automobile sector and they are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join the business.

The business run events across the UK and a large part of this role will involve promoting these events, ensuring that advertising and promotions activities are effective and delivering an ROI. You will also be responsible for all corporate branding (includinga forthcoming re-brand project), PR, social media, production of printed product catalogues and all other general company marketing activities. This person would also take responsibility for a small team of 3 marketing staff who will assist in the day to dayactivities.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Reporting to the company directors, you will be assisting in the development of an annual marketing plan, working to budgets and timescales which can be dynamic due to the industry sector.
- Project management and attendance at monthly events, at various sites across the UK.
- Working with advertisers, booking space, producing media content and managing the advertising budget.
- Overseeing all website and digital marketing, including social media content, PPC campaigns etc.
- Managing the company's PR (currently using PR agency) and becoming the 'point of contact' for press contacts.
- Monitor and report back on campaign effectiveness.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Generalist Marketing Management experience, ideally within an SME/small company environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to quickly develop rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Very high standard of organisational skills, able to project manage but also pivot and change quickly as the industry demands.
- Staff management experience ideal.
- Able to drive with own transport.
- Able to work 1 weekend per month to be on-site for events.
- An interest in the automobile/automotive industry would be advantageous.
