If you are inspired by changing the lives of patients all over the world wed love to hear from you. About the RoleWe are looking for a project manager to join our Expanded Access Programs (EAP) team. Youll lead the end-to-end delivery of global EAPs driving patient centricity operational excellence and client satisfaction. Acting as the main client contact from project award to closeout youll oversee timelines budgets and KPIs while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution. Youll mentor project support staff collaborate with business development on account growth and champion continuous improvement across programs. This role is key to ensuring compliance promoting best practice and delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.What will your job look likePromote patient centricity throughout all programsLeading projects from award to be the client point person for program delivery on a number of EAPs mapping timelines and project plans for program launch through to closureTake on the role of backup Project Manager for Senior PMs and Project Directors as required for more complex programs and priority accounts working within an account specific budget in line with forecastsLead regular client meetings and stakeholder management where taking the role of client point of contact without need for more senior team support including kick off meetingsCoordinate Project Control along with program support teamDeliver against program specific KPIs and account relationship development objectives in order to maintain operational excellenceBegin to work closely with the Business Development lead for assigned accounts to map and manage the current and ongoing opportunities including supporting the Quarterly Business ReviewsWork alongside and mentor project support to deliver assigned programsCoordinate all necessary internal resource to deliver outstanding client experience and operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of every programProvide each client with a tailored service for individual requirements to ensure service offerings exceed client expectationsSupport the development of industry leading systems and processes to ensure successful program set up and deliveryEngage with clients to understand their perspectives and challenges seek ways to improve our service to overcome these challengesIdentify and escalate operational efficiencies and program enhancements to promote continuous improvementDevelop EAP environmental and regulatory knowledge share best practice with clients and ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all country-specific requirements are followed What will you need to succeed Previous project management is essential People management experience would be advantageous Outstanding track record of client facing service levelsKnowledge of the drug development process and pharma industry experienceDemonstrated commitment to patient access to critical treatmentsKnowledge of GDP PV GCP and ideally EAP regulationsWhat will you get in returnWe want you to do your best work We care about our peoples well-being their personal development and providing a true work-life balance.
