If you're someone who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a close-knit office environment, this could be a great fit.What you'll be doing:Handling day-to-day admin tasks to help keep the office running smoothlyCommunicating with haulage suppliers and our office in Cyprus (both written and verbal)Using Excel to manage and track information – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable using formulas and working with spreadsheetsSupporting the team with B2B correspondenceGeneral office support where neededWhat we're looking for:Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalExperience within a busy logistics/ transport environment or similarConfidence in dealing with suppliers and colleagues across locationsSolid Excel knowledgeSomeone proactive, friendly, and comfortable working in a small team
