Permanent Logistics Office Administrator – Grays/Tilbury Area – £27,000 | 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday We're on the lookout for a reliable and organised Logistics Office Administrator to join a small but busy team of three, based in the Grays/Tilbury area. If you're someone who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a close-knit office environment, this could be a great fit. What you'll be doing: Handling day-to-day admin tasks to help keep the office running smoothly Communicating with haulage suppliers and our office in Cyprus (both written and verbal) Using Excel to manage and track information – you don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable using formulas and working with spreadsheets Supporting the team with B2B correspondence General office support where needed What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Experience within a busy logistics/ transport environment or similar Confidence in dealing with suppliers and colleagues across locations Solid Excel knowledge Someone proactive, friendly, and comfortable working in a small team Nice to have (but not essential): Any experience in shipping, imports or exports – this would be a bonus
