THIS ROLE REQUIRES AN ACTIVE DRIVING LICENSE AND CAR The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents. Main Responsibilities Delivering person centered care to each resident Required to travel around different homes within Healthcare Ireland Group. Healthcare Ireland Group have several units and categories of care where you will be required to work.
