Description 

The PMO Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of project management activities across the organisation. This includes providing administrative support to project managers, maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to project governance and reporting standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, a strong communicator, and has experience in supporting project teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and organise project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and schedules 
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current status of projects 
  • Track key project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring that project teams remain on schedule 


Experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role within a project management environment 
  • A base understanding of technologies available within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure 


Skills (Must) 

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, or other collaboration tools is an advantage 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Basic understanding of project financials, with the ability to track budgets and expenses accurately 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, providing proactive support to colleagues
