Our team supports clients in optimising crop production protecting the environment and ensuring sustainable farming practices. We are now seeking a Trials Agronomist to join our Natural Resources team and play a key role in delivering highquality agricultural trials.

What Youll Do

As a Trials Agronomist you will:

  • Plan organise and conduct field trials in line with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) (GLP) and industry standards.
  • Collect analyse and interpret trial data to support clients research and development objectives.
  • Ensure the accurate application of treatments and precise trial assessments.
  • Maintain trial sites including land preparation sowing and harvesting.
  • Communicate trial progress and results with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols while working with agricultural equipment chemicals and trial sites.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role youll need:

  • A degree in Agriculture Agronomy Crop Science or alternative related experience.
  • Previous experience in field trials or agricultural research (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • A full UK driving license (essential).
  • A passion for agriculture sustainability and innovation.

Full training will be provided in this role you will be working with colleagues to understand the nature of the role.
