Job Overview:
Supporting the Performance Media Manager on providing day-to-day management on ATL paid media campaigns, including paid search, google shopping, paid social, display, affiliates and partnerships. A specific focus of this role will be on our pure Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce media activations to fuel our sales growth ambitions in this retail channel, but support will also be provided on our top and mid-funnel campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
The role is within our D2C team, which is currently in an exciting growth stage with investment from the business to develop this crucial sales channel. The team are at the forefront of digital transformation efforts, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities as a Digital Campaign Executive at Groupe SEB:
- Collaborating with the wider team on managing our performance media channels, including paid search, google shopping, paid social, display, affiliations and partnerships.
- Collecting data and conducting detailed analysis of in-flight and post campaign data to deliver an understanding of performance and provide recommendations.
- Setting up and managing product feeds to enable media channels.
- Briefing media agencies on upcoming campaigns, providing direction on audiences, budgets and creative strategy.
- Managing the maintenance and roadmap roll out of the Tefal Shop platform – new product launches, user experience improvements, SEO and merchandising to improve conversion.
- Creating content to use across social channels and website.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Digital Campaign Executive at Groupe SEB:
- You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Demonstrate this by showing a thorough understanding of our organisation and the role.
- You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
- Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects (from merchandising to content creation).
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
- You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives. You will go the extra mile to ensure the success of media campaigns.
- You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
- You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.
Overview on package – Digital Campaign Executive – Groupe SEB:
- Working Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross collaboration.
