As the EMEA Senior Pricing & Contract Analyst you will play a key part in a team effort to maximize business results across all channels and segments in the region and continue to do great things together. What will you do?


Business partner to the Commercial Organization by advising, contributing to the improvement processes as well as review of margins and maximization of profits, by:


  • Deploying Indexation models (price trackers) and follow up on indexation performance
  • Continuously improve pricing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives and models.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Lead pricing projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior pricing analysts, providing training and support.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions and strategies.
  • Identification of margin leakage and proposing actions to improve margins
  • Driving regional price increase campaigns and ensure targeted increases are met by tracking it
  • Reporting on accurate commercial information and insights of sales numbers for Free of charge deliveries, MOQ’s, low margins, cost reports and ad-hoc reports
  • Set up KPI’s to measure and improve commercial performance (targeted margin improvement)
  • Supporting SOX pricing controls and audit compliancy
  • Act as back-up for the other Pricing and Contract team in times of illness, holidays etc.

What are we looking for?


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment. We are looking for an analyst who can thrive as a business partner to the EMEA commercial team and has expert level Power BI and Excel knowledge.


  • Language: fluent in English is a must.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical, proactive & team player.
  • Location: Uithoorn (NL), Barcelona (SP) or Manchester (UK), preferably. Eligible to hybrid work arrangement.
