Factory Operative

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Factory Operative to work at their busy site on the outskirts of Brandon. This is the right environment for someone looking to further develop their operative skills by learning new processes, due to the nature of the work required, you will be expected to undertake repetitive, physical tasks on a regular basis.

This is a full time position working 47.5 hours per week, applicants must also be available for Overtime and weekend working if required. This position is required for an immediate start and permanent contracts are available for the right candidate.

Salary:

Starting at £12.50.Up to £14.50 with training.

Hours:

6am to 4pm. Monday to Friday.Some overtime may be required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Autonomous and motivated team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication - the ability to follow instructions and speak English.
  • Capable of working on a production line - independently and as part of a team.
  • Health and safety aware, not just following guidelines but taking initiative to reduce chance of injury.
  • Ideally 1 + Years experience in a Construction or Labouring role.
  • Your own mode of transport is not essential but beneficial - you must be able to start work at 6 am.
  • The ability to closely follow your managers/supervisors instructions with minimal supervision.
