Job Title: Factory Labourers

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Labourers to join our client's expanding team in Brandon. As a Factory Labourer, you will be responsible for carrying out various duties throughout the day, working in a fast-paced environment that is similar to a building site with a roof on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Working on your feet for long periods
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards

Working Hours and Pay:

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a pay rate starting at £12.50 per hour. There is an opportunity to progress and increase your pay rate by £1.00 per hour for each training module completed, up to a maximum of £15.50 per hour.
