A well-established local authority in London is seeking a Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their large, supportive team on a locum basis. This role is for a minimum of 6 months but is expected to extend on a long-term rolling basis.

The caseload for this particular project is solely housing disrepair cases, so the successful Lawyer must have prior experience of dealing with such matters and be able to work with minimal supervision. You must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) to be considered for this role.

The council is ideally seeking a Housing Disrepair Lawyer who can attend the office on a weekly basis, but remote applicants will also be considered. While full-time hours are preferred, requests for part-time working will be considered.
