Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the preclinical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate services and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and successful project delivery.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Continuously update knowledge of services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


Salary Range £40-£45k per annum
