We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a variety of digital marketing projects for a range of high-profile clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, consultative relationships and ensuring their business objectives are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver performance reports, offering clients data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Business Growth Opportunities: Identify and propose opportunities for optimisation and growth within the client portfolio.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing projects or portfolios, ideally within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong Client Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Able to interpret data, analyse performance, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
