The role will have a mix focus on new business and renewals, while also supporting growth through broker engagement and market development.As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio, exercising underwriting authority with confidence and sound commercial judgment. You’ll bring depth of expertise in marine cargo and freight, helping shape underwriting strategy, support junior underwriters, and play a hands-on role in driving both profitability and service excellence.To be considered, you'll need significant experience in marine cargo and/or freight underwriting, ideally with exposure to mid-market and more complex risks.
