Job DescriptionHealth & Safety ManagerLocation: East Harling (Fully Onsite)Salary: Im working with a well-established client who is looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take full responsibility for safety compliance and site standards at their East Harling operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and leading safety improvements across a busy fast-moving environment.The RoleAs the Health & Safety Manager youll be the sites key contact for all H&S matters. Youll work closely with operational teams to maintain a safe working environment ensure compliance with legislation and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all onsite Health & Safety policies and proceduresCarrying out risk assessments audits and inspectionsLeading accident/incident investigations and implementing corrective actionsKeeping all documentation up to date (RAMS COSHH accident reports)Delivering training inductions and toolbox talksWorking with managers to embed a strong safety cultureEnsuring full compliance with UK H&S legislationWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Manager or similar roleNEBOSH General Certificate is essentialStrong understanding of H&S legislation and best practiceConfident influencing skills with the ability to work with teams at all levelsHighly organised proactive and hands-on in your approachWant to know more about this opportunity Apply or reach out to Chris at TEC Partners.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Food Service,AED,Beauty And Fashion,Accomodation,HTML Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
