Join us on a journey where passion meets flavour, crafting experiences that bring people together and delight taste buds.Job DescriptionHealth and Safety ManagerNorwich – Kettle Chips FactoryDo you have the expertise and drive to build safer, smarter, and more sustainable workplaces?At our iconic Kettle Chips site, we’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Manager to elevate our standards and champion a culture of safety across the factory.What Will Our Health And Safety Manager Do Lead and deliver the Valeo Foods Health & Safety strategy, ensuring all KPIs and objectives are achieved. Partner cross-functionally to ensure full legal compliance and embed best-practice solutions across site operations. Build strong stakeholder relationships that encourage collaboration, shared ownership, and accountability. Investigate accidents and major incidents, identifying root causes and sharing learning to prevent recurrence. Oversee safe working practices for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring operational excellence. Conduct, review, and validate risk assessments, ensuring effective controls are in place and maintained. Manage first aid provision, PPE processes, and occupational health support to protect and support our people. Work with HR and L&D teams to deliver impactful EHS training and keep compliance records up to date.
