We’re excited to expand our Central Administration Team with an Administration and Marketing Coordinator - an integral role that will help us continue to provide industry-leading service and support.


Your Mission Awaits

Join our dynamic team at Packimpex Group, where you'll provide essential administrative support across multiple European countries. Collaborate closely with our Relocation Managers, assisting with administrative tasks while also engaging in exciting marketing projects.


What You’ll Do:

  • Open and manage new customer files for various countries
  • Create and deliver insightful reports on services for key accounts
  • Handle inquiries through our key account hotline
  • Monitor group inboxes to ensure smooth communication
  • Develop engaging presentations for our marketing team
  • Participate in innovative projects that shape our digital future


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or marketing support role
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and German
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Canva is a plus
  • Experience in the relocation industry is advantageous
  • A customer-centric mindset with a collaborative spirit
