Our team is passionate about architecture and design, and we are looking for a creative and driven individual to join us as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant.
ROLE OVERVIEW.
We are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to enhance our online presence and support our marketing efforts for the Orange brand alongside other ventures and projects. The ideal candidate will have a flair for content creation, a keen eye for design & detail, and a passion for architecture and design. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow their skills in a creative industry and contribute to the success of our projects and company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- **Social Media Management:** Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to engage our audience and showcase our projects.
- **Content Creation:** Develop visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and project aesthetics.
- **Marketing Campaigns:** Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital strategies, funnels, web marketing, SEO and strategic reach-outs to both B2B and B2c customers.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor social media and website analytics to track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Brand Development:** Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing materials.
- **Market Research:** Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for brand growth.
REQUIREMENTS.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the architecture or design industry.
- Strong visual design skills with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for architecture, design, and storytelling.
