Senior HRIS Analyst - Warwickshire, West Midlands    - Permanent full time role with reputable organisation- Salary up to £50k plus flexible/hybrid workingA well know organisation is looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join a team responsible for looking after the internal HRIS and ensuring it delivers across business requirements. Duties will include but are not limited to:- Driving data quality - Delivering system upgrades, improvements and optimisation through effective project management- Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of HR system- Reporting and data analysis- Supporting junior members of the HR systems teamTo be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:- Experienced across HR systems management (ideally Workday but other HRIS considered)- Previous experience of project managing system upgrades/maintenance- HR data management - Understanding of system flows, process mapping and application support
