Location: Marlow (3 days per week in-office)Industry: Retail & shopping centre websitesContract: Part-time / Ongoing FreelanceYou are a detail-oriented designer, local to the Marlow area, who:enjoys collaborative studio workis confident taking projects from wireframes through to polished UIcan design intuitive, user-centred experiences and bring concepts to life through interactive prototypes and lightweight animations.We are a integrated marketing agency looking for a talented Freelance Web Designer to support our creative and digital team on an ongoing part-time basis. Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work across a range of shopping centre and retail destination websites:Designing responsive website layouts.Building polished UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.Creating simple animations, transitions, or micro-interactions within Figma or similar tools.Collaborating with the wider design, development, and account teams.Preparing assets and handoff documentation for development teams.Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual output across projects.Required Skills & ExperienceWe're looking for a freelancer with:Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and design organisation.Experience creating simple animations (e.g., micro-interactions, hover states, page transitions).Ability to work within existing design systems while adding creative input.Solid understanding of UX fundamentals and responsive design.Ability to work efficiently within a part-time schedule and fast-paced agency environment.Ability to work from our Marlow-based office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)A working knowledge of HTML & CSS and an understanding of accessibility best practices is also desirable.Next stepsIf this sounds like the role for you, please send your CV and portfolio to our Talent Manager, Lynne.Successful applicants will be invited to have an introductory chat on Teams with one of the Studio team.
