Youll be hands-on in service, lead by example, and ensure consistency, creativity, and high standards across every plate that leaves the pass.Responsibilities include:Supporting the Head Chef in menu development and specialsRunning shifts and managing the kitchen team in their absenceMaintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standardsTraining and developing junior chefsHelping manage stock, ordering, and GP targetsAbout you:Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step upPassion for seasonal and locally sourced foodCalm, organised, and able to thrive in a busy serviceA team player who leads with positivity and professionalism
