Join us and turn your passion for progress into action.Reimagine the possibilities.Your role and responsibilitiesYou will:be an integral member of our small team also working closely with partners to quality assure and improve the quality of Education Health and Care (EHC) plans in Suffolkutilise your knowledge of SEND and EHC plans as well as your keen attention to detail to complete audits of plans other relevant documentation and wider processesbe responsible for collating manipulating and analysing quality assurance data to support key stakeholders in understanding areas of strength to build on and areas for improvementhelp to develop recommendations for improving quality and monitor the effectiveness of these.You will need:A passion for making a difference to the lives of children and young people with SEND and their families.In-depth knowledge about the key requirements of the SEND Code of Practice for EHC plans as well as an understanding of what good looks like in Suffolk.Experience in quality assuranceStrong data manipulation and analytical skillsReport-writing experienceWillingness to learn and grow is valued even if you dont have all the technical expertise yet.You can view a full list of requirements in theJob and Person Profile (Word).If you believe you can succeed in this role apply.
