Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support the HR Manager with various administrative tasks and HR projects.
Profile
HR Coordinator - Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR role is ESSENTIAL with experience related to the role's responsbilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
