HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruitment 24/7 Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the business.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
• Compliance, Appraisals, and Coaching: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, conduct regular performance appraisals, and provide coaching and guidance to employees.
• Pay Reviews, Bonus Schemes, Staff Benefits Package, Staff Feedback Process: Manage the pay review process, design and implement bonus schemes, and develop a comprehensive staff benefits package.
• Employee Contracts: Ensure all employee contracts are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Approachable and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Inclusive and Supportive Nature: Ability to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of HR work.
