CK Group are recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.  Salary: From £29.68 per hour, PAYE Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand Role: Develop the strategy & pull through of Masterbrand. Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of masterbrand campaigns and the integration Masterbrand into consumer & Health care practitioners communication campaigns. Build consumer capability within the team by demonstrating processes, tools and techniques that put the consumer first. Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive capability, clarity, communication and alignment on the role of masterbrand.Your Background: Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience. Extensive working experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools. Experience working with agencies:  media, creative & research.Company: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
