CK Group are recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Strategist (cardio-metabolic health) to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: £29.68 - £38.72 per hour PAYE Consumer Engagement Strategist Role: Build understanding of the consumer within cardio metabolic health (Obesity & T2D) through segmentation, personas, detailed consumer journeys and clear ecosystem. Develop the strategy for consumer engagement plans for next 5yrs for the obesity area Own the planning, execution, and optimization of consumer campaigns across chosen & most relevant channels Working closely the creative agency, overseeing creative development for assigned campaigns by localising global content & building relevant local content that delivers significant amplification & impact Build consumer capability within the team by demonstrating processes, tools and techniques that put the consumer first. Your Background: Bachelor's degree Proven experience of over 10+ years in consumer marketing. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools.
