Role: Head of Delivery & ChangeWe're recruiting a Head of Delivery & Change to join a leading media and entertainment group.This role sits on the IT Leadership Team and is pivotal in shaping IT delivery and change across the organisation. You’ll execute the IT technology strategy, drive adoption, and lead the implementation of modern ways of working across Group IT.Projects will vary from; software delivery/enhancements (SDLC), through to IT infrastructure and venue-based technology (Agile and Waterfall delivery).Role & Responsibilities:Experience delivering and leading technical projects through to adoptionProven track record in all aspects IT delivery & change managementOverseeing and managing the organization's technology deliveryExecute the IT technology strategy and lead the implementation of new modern ways of working across Group IT.Experience managing and developing a project teamBusiness change and communication experience, to ensure technical delivery is embedded.Experience delivering a variety of; venue based technology (preferable), infrastructure and software projects.Agile & Waterfall deliverySalary: up to £100,000 + BonusLocation: London (Hybrid working)If this sounds like a role of interest, please click apply
