This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate our vision of the Airports of the Future and other transformative initiatives in the ATI space. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, coordinating media relations, and managing agency partnerships to deliver disruptive, human-centered content that challenges the status quo.This is a unique opportunity to influence global communications in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Copywriting & Content Creation (70%)Develop fresh, engaging, and strategic content across formats: white papers, insights reports, blogs, impact reports, and short-form video scripts.Lead storytelling efforts with a strong focus on originality, tone, and emotional resonance.Translate complex, data-heavy topics into accessible and exciting narratives.Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging, with a native-level command of English.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and bring ideas to life. Public Relations & Media CoordinationStrategically brief and counsel PR agencies to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.Coordinate media relations activities, including press releases, interviews, and media monitoring.Support internal communications initiatives such as all-hands meetings and staff updates.Proactively identify media opportunities and contribute to thought leadership positioning. Agency & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external agencies.Guide agencies with clear, creative briefs and ensure delivery against KPIs.Foster collaboration across a diverse, international team.  EXPERIENCE A higher education or university degree in fields such as Media or Journalism2-3 years of experience within public relations and marketing communications.Native-level English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills.Proven experience in B2B communications, ideally within the ATI or IT industry.Strong background in agency management and strategic media relations.Ability to think differently, challenge norms, and bring bold ideas to the table.Deep understanding of how AI tools can enhance content creation (but not reliant on them).Team player with charisma, creativity, and a proactive mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal stakeholder engagement. NICE TO HAVEPrior experience in the Air Transport Industry (ATI).Experience creating audio-visual content and short-form digital storytelling.Background in journalism, media, or marketing communications.  WHAT WE OFFER At SITA, we disrupt the status quo, by empowering our people to pioneer innovations that touch the lives of billions.
