Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Proactively chasing debt via telephone, email, and letter
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts
  • Producing statements for customers
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Processing payments
  • Cash allocation
  • Query resolution, including invoicing issues and disputes
  • Escalating accounts when necessary
  • Processing refunds
  • Producing credit control related reports
  • Processing commission invoices
  • Continually seek to improve processes and procedures to maximise efficiency

Profile

The successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A proven track record within a credit control or collections environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer
