**Role Overview** 

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Your Prosperity Group CIC, based in Rochester and sometimes London with flexibility for remote work. You’ll be fluent across all platforms, with a strong focus on short and long-form video content and podcast editing. You’ll lead social media campaigns, analyse web analytics, coordinate online marketing strategies, and ensure clear and consistent communication across channels.


**Key Responsibilities** 

- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to engage a broad range of stakeholders 

- Create compelling content that aligns with our mission and inspires clients to choose us as their financial advisers 

- Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and other relevant channels 

- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach 

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging


**Qualifications** 

- Proven skills in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Online Marketing 

- Proficiency in web analytics and effective communication 

- Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills 

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 

- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus 

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential


**Work Arrangements** 

We’re open to part-time or flexible working options. Hybrid work is available with a requirement to be in the office at least two to three days per week.
