Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our Communications Team at Carers First. This role will play a crucial part in delivering our strategy and supporting unpaid carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise the profile of Carers First and build brand awareness and engagement levels to reach new carers and raise awareness of the issues affecting carers.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to engage with carers and support them in accessing timely and relevant information.
  • Manage Carers First's digital marketing activities using a variety of digital marketing tools.
  • Oversee Carers First's digital presence and promote our digital offer to reach more carers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering exceptional digital work as part of an overall communications strategy.
  • Data-driven with a passion for implementing and analysing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some travel to Carers First locations required.
