You’ll ensure effective financial control from pre-construction to final account.Contract Administration: Are you experienced in managing contracts and negotiating terms? You’ll lead this process with confidence and clarity.Risk & Procurement: Do you excel at identifying risks and managing procurement processes? You’ll ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and on time.Team Collaboration & Leadership: Are you enthusiastic about mentoring others? You’ll share your expertise and support junior staff to ensure project success. What You Will BringQualifications: Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field? MRICS or CICES accreditation is preferred.Experience: Have you worked in civil engineering, rail, aviation, defence, or other safety-critical sectors? We’re looking for significant experience.Skills: Are you proficient with cost management software (Oracle) and Microsoft Office?
